After almost 5 years the demand for fine-dining in combination with a lounge-bar stayed. It’s based on American lounge-bars and Cosmopolitan cocktails all the way.
I fell in love with the interior and décor, the red velvet armchairs, subdued lighting and lounge music made the experience complete. Dining with a view at the old port – How romantic can it be!
This in combination with an Asian, Italian and World Cuisine makes this place the perfect start for a lovely evening.
I kicked off with the quinoa salad based on a middle east tabbouleh with tomato and cucumber confit, herb salad, tandoori king prawns and yogurt dressing. It was a fresh and light salad, the perfect starter!
As the main event, I have chosen an Italian eggplant cannelloni with ricotta and spinach. I enjoyed the combination with rich flavored cherry tomato sauce that made it taste sweet and slightly sour.
I didn’t take a dessert because I strongly prefer a cocktail. Once dinner is done, the tables are cleared and the dance floor takes center stage…
